Me: Also, the new Butch Walker showed up today. It’s so full of awesome, I may not come home tonight. I think we’re eloping to Vegas.
Brandy: That’s hilarious!
Me: You think I’m kidding?

Do the Right Thing
A coworker emailed this to me today while I was dealing with a weird data import problem. It was just what I needed.

Phew
Lots of layout changes to the site today. I removed the steady stream of Twitter posts from the normal listing of posts. My latest tweet is now in the header. All tweets can be read in the Twitter archive.

Butch Walker
Brandy and I met up with Matt and Linda for the Butch Walker show at Nectar last night. He put on a fantastic show. I’ve been a fan of his for quite a while and it was great to see him in a small venue like Nectar.

I think I just threw up in my mouth. Yep, pretty sure I did.
“Hey, I thought you said this site would be updated regularly”
It will be. I just started a new job. Get off me.
The WasteLands
Now starting The Waste Lands. I’m burning through these like nothing.
The Drawing of the Three
Moving on to The Drawing of the Three. I think this is my favorite in the series.
The Gunslinger
Currently re-re-re-re-reading The Gunslinger. I love this book. It has to be, without a doubt, the one book that I can return to over and over without ever getting tired of it.
